Happy G’s Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Happy G’s! We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all of our guests. By booking and using our golf bays, batting cages, or pitching machines, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Policies

  • Payment: All rentals must be paid in full before leaving the facility. No exceptions.

  • Reservations: All bookings are final. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit for future use. No refunds will be issued.

  • Check-In: Guests must check in at the front desk before entering their reserved bay or cage.

  • Time Limits: Rental time begins at the scheduled booking time, not when play starts. Please arrive on time to ensure full use of your reservation.

Safety & Facility Rules

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in activities at Happy G’s, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in sports activities that come with inherent risks of injury. Happy G’s is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using our equipment or facilities.

  • Waiver Requirement: All guests must sign a liability waiver before using any equipment. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

  • Proper Footwear: Clean, closed-toe athletic shoes are required. No cleats or spikes allowed inside the facility.

  • Equipment Use: Guests are responsible for using all equipment properly and with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the renter.

  • Conduct: Happy G’s is a family-friendly environment. Any abusive language, unsafe behavior, or damage to property will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

Liability

Happy G’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those within their party.

Food & Drink Policy

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks but are expected to clean up their area before leaving.

Agreement of Terms

By booking a rental at Happy G’s, guests agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to follow any of the above policies may result in suspension of future bookings or removal from the facility.
